It would appear that OM is a practice which pleasures the female at the expense of the male. This is false. The goal in OM is Orgasm – a continuous state of enjoyment that persists for hours, days, weeks, months, years. When the moment of climax is extended this way, it is orgasm.
A female has a built in propensity to climax numerous times without “shooting her wad.” OM leverages this propensity. The female climax nourishes both parties at all levels of their being.
Of course, the OM Practice itself is goalless. So it actually is wrong to say the goal is orgasm.
Our society teaches women to close up their sex. A woman who seeks multiple sex partners is called a “slut” in our society while a man who does this is a stud or Don Juan. Conversely, men are taught to close off their feelings… a feeling man is a wimp or pussy. OM rebalances the scale, women open up their sex and learn to make requests for what they want and men learn to communicate through feeling.
